Slash Commands
Every submode is reachable from the composer with a `/` prefix, or from the Cmd/Ctrl + K palette.
Insight submodes

/summary | Summary | Chapter or whole-project recap with timeline + character arcs + themes. |
Studio submodes

Compound requests combine multiple submodes — "/translate then /summary then /audiolize" becomes a single plan card you can approve.
